Your words are set on the card, and the finished card is printed and prepared for delivery to their door.

A private digital copy of the card lands in your archive. A small code on the back lets the person who received it keep the same copy in theirs.

The private digital copy

The same card, kept in your account: the design, your words and the date. No feed, no likes, no public profile. Only you and the person you sent it to can see it.

Questions

Do they need an account?: No. The card arrives in the post either way. An account is only needed if they want to keep their own digital copy.
Can I write in my own handwriting?: Not yet. You type your message, and we set it in a clear handwriting-style typeface designed to stay readable at card size.
